Independent work

Projects & experiments.

I enjoy building things myself and seeing what I can learn from them. Some become useful. Others help me ask a better question.

In development

Agentic Software Factory

How much of a product company could one person realistically operate with AI agents? I'm building a software factory to find out, with explicit stages, reviewable work and human judgment along the way.

The work is organized into stages, with context, handoffs, independent review and verification. I'm using it on real tasks while developing the process.

Getting agents to produce work is one thing. Getting them to consistently produce something useful and trustworthy is quite another. This is still an experiment, with me responsible for the decisions.

Monthly publication

AI Minority

My publication about engineering reliable agentic systems. I share ideas, workflows and what I learn from trying to make agents do useful, trustworthy work.

I write about the surrounding engineering: context, tools, permissions, verification and the human judgment that makes the work dependable.
